Our sublimation printer is used to make textile products, such as blanket, polyester dress, plush toys and so
on. It prints on sublimation papers first, then heat transfer the pattern to the fabric you want. Automatic
printing and dye sublimation ink make the pattern colors bright, strong and fantastic.

* Print head:
The Fedar FD6194E digital Sublimation printer uses four epson original I3200-A1 print heads. Its nozzle has 4 pairs of nozzle holes, a total of 8 columns, each column has 400 nozzle holes, a total of 3200 nozzle holes, the maximum resolution: 3200DPI.
* Capping station:
Equipped with advanced intelligent shower head cleaning and moisturizing device, operation and maintenance is more convenient.
* Carriage:
The distance between the print head and the printing platform can be adjusted freely according to different printing supplies. Anti-collision devices are added at both ends to provide more comprehensive safety protection for the print head.
* Platform:
The assembly precision of machine printing platform is controlled within 7.5 lines, which lays the foundation for high precision and high quality production.
* THK Rail:
More stable operation, longer service life, lower noise, higher resolution, and less length error.
* Leadshine Motor:
Both servo and stepper systems are driven by high-quality brushless integrated Leadshine motor, with high precision linear decoding, less error, higher accuracy and more stable operation.
